how we do

I make brownies in cup-cake tins cause then you get a nice sturdy* Brownie, none of this one inch square non-sense.
The way it works in our house is: I cook them, leave them on the counter to cool and Chad cuts off the tops.


*Have you every been called "sturdy"...is it supposed to be a compliment? Cause its not.
