Over the 22 years of my life, I have made several different rules for my self, I abide them strictly. The most important being:
Any doctors appointment that requires stirrups demands a treat afterward.
This was my treat. Yes we did drive all the way out to E-Z Orchards to get my favorite drink: Lavender soda. Its simply divine. other rules for doctors appointments: Wear you cutest earrings {makes the little gown look so much better}. Shave your legs. Wear your best smelling lotion.

ugh! I do follow the lotion rule except my PT hates it when he is trying to get the tape to stick to my foot! HAHA! You deserve the soda, sounds divine!

Ok, on all the baby comments...am I the only one who has a stirrup appointment once a year, baby or no baby???? hmmm...see...I thought that was sorta suggested...at least once every other year? Course, I end up pregnant at least once a year anyhow, so it's sort of a moot point, hehe...
hooray for preventative treatment! and lavender soda, although i have never tried it... sounds interesting to say the least!
