The girl loves to read books.
As of this week she is constantly WALKING (you read right, she is a full time walker, on carpet) over to me, handing me a book and having me read to her.
I have memorized almost all of them.
The foot book, she loves. But mostly any book with doggies (so she can bark) or kitties (she cracks up everytime I say 'meow'.)
quack(=tack).
'Hot' and when ever she sees the heater or the stove she says 'hah-T' with her tongue out. Sometimes when I point to the baby doll's eyes she says 'eyes'.
Whenever she sees or hears a dog, she barks.
What the heck, its like she has been holding back on me and then exploding with communication and awesomeness (but she has been awesome) as of the past few weeks?
I love it. But when I put her to sleep I get kind of sad because I know the next morning she is already older.

I feel the same way--explosion of awesomeness and communication! Before the weekend, Noah could only bark and do elephant trumpeting, now he can do a zillion noises and he's experimenting with more words. But you are my hero Rache and I think of your attitude about Lily when I'm frustrated with Noah. I think "I just need to love him, play with him, and be thankful for every moment!"
