She decided today she wanted to sign. Its been months of nothing, and then today she tells me with her chubby hands she wants milk and to eat?! I about freaked, the communication barrier has been slightly broken!
{this is after her nap, we were reading Are You My Mother? And barking at the doggy (she barks now too, were working on me-ow) when she looked at me and signed 'milk'}

Woo hoo! It is so nice when they can finally communicate, even it's only a little it helps out so much.
It's funny how you feel like they have been at one stage forever and then out of no where they start doing a load of new things! I find that is how it goes with Liv at least ;) That must have been so fun for you, and I bet Lily was pretty proud of herself too!
