In other news, today was one of those days where I didn't feel like being social or really do anything but hang out with my baby and maybe tidy up a bit. This is Lily watching Planet Earth with me this morning all foot loose and fancy free.

The girl LOVES baked beans. These are 'vegetarian' (whatever that means) I got them cause that's the kind we got when we were little (fat free). She literally ate at least a cup of beans for lunch...yikes.
What is a sentimental burrito you ask? When my family consisted of my dad, me, Jenn, and Scott we ate these probably two-three times a week (but they weren't called sentimental burritos then, just burritos) the innards were: white rice, vegetarian beans, cheese, mild salsa and sometimes if we got a little crazy, sour cream. I ate two today and had to laugh at the memory of us sitting at the bar eating together (like we did for every meal), me probably with my shin guards still on, and Jenn probably singing Spice Girls.
Lately Lily always has to have her 'bling' on. I laughed so hard cause she was 'reading' her books (aka talking to them) when with out even looking away she grabbed the necklace and put it on with out missing a beat in her story telling. I cant stand how cute she is sometimes.
I love valentine's day strictly because we get more than just bills in the mail. Today there were 1-2-3-4 count them, 4 cards in the mail! One was from Aunt Bec, a Sponge Bob card (complete with stickers), in honor of Lily's smile.

Have a great valentines! Once again...I'm a craptastic mom that forgot to have her daughters do valentines...I remember yesterday and by then it was too late to get them in the mail!

i love the sentimental burritos story, thanks for sharing, especially the details about the shinguards. Things are looking up for me foot, the meds are working, there is less throbbing yeah! It hurts worse because it's in my foot and I am always walking on it! Let's hope it is all uphill from here! That cookie looks scrumptious.
