Chad and I both had kind of a rough day today.
So tonight:
we cured ourselves of craziness with these babies. I don't know what to call them...cupcake sandwiches? cupwiches? I don't know.
Just a little bit of yellow cake batter at the bottom of the muffin tin, then homemade chocolate butter cream frosting and sandwich them together.
Its a beautiful thing.

blue food coloring and some frosting eyes, they'd make super cookie monster cupcakes! (they look delicious).
I think I could use some of those today:)
