Go out side with the soul purpose to jump.
Me: Lily! Wanna go jump?!
Lily: Yeah!!! Dump, dump!! (runs in circles and squeals)
We go out in the parking lot of our place and jump off curbs, speed bumps, stairs, rocks, you name it. If it is slightly above ground level, you can jump it.
