beauty

I love having daughters.
Watching them has reminded me how divine and special women are,
We come with innate traits that show even at these young tender ages.
<span class=
They are sensitive and loving.
Lily loves to have babies and nurture them the best of her abilities (blankies made of wipes, baths in muddy bucket, and feeds them grass)
<span class=
My girls already love to be beautiful, or "prwetty".
They love to be told how pretty they are.
Lily is constantly wearing some piece of jewelry of mine or a make-shift one (shoe lace, bike lock...). She loves to see herself in the mirror, she makes herself happy just by looking at herself.
I do not consider this vanity, I think it is wonderful. I want to be more like Lily love seeing myself in the mirror.

Challenge:
tell me one or more things that you love when you look in the mirror.

Mine-I love that I have freckles now, they are a new additions to my body:)

we are pretty luck to have our baby girls! (well, i'm soon to have "girls" haha)

i'll bite on that challenge, because heaven knows i need a little help here once in awhile!! when i look in the mirror, i love my nose. i didn't used to like my nose, but shem loves it, and he likes to whisper in stella's ear "tell mommy she has a cute nose" and stella will look at me and say, "you do, mama! you have a cute nose!!" it's become one of my favorite features. :)

Hmm, this really is a challenge. Even though it shouldn't be and there are so many wonderful things about every women, most women find things to criticize about themself rather than things they love...

(Well, I don't need to look in the mirror for this but...) I love my feet. Um, the underside is a little tough but that's because I play hard and get lots of use out of them. I have nice toes and love a good pedicure.

I love my curly hair. I love to put it up in different styles, but I also love how curly hair can look great just up in a pony tail. Good idea Rach, we could all use some reminding on what we love about ourselves!

I can't wait to have girls someday! For now I will just have fun with my boys and hopefully teach them to love and respect women.

When I look in the mirror... I love my eyes. They are deep blue with long eyelashes and naturally well shaped eyebrows. And more than that, they are the same eyes my dad has. So when I look in the mirror I see me, and my dad, which is fun.

I love having girls, too! And it blows my min to remember how much I was DREADING having my first....but after having 4 of them and getting used to the idea, I almost hope the next one is another girl...almost ;)

I have to agree on feet. I love looking at my feet when I have a new pink/white pedicure....which is huge because I have a major foot aversion! But looking in the mirror....um...my eyes? I've been told that they really light up when I smile or something. But I just like that they're blue :D

My eyes because they remind me of my family! Chad, TJ, Meredith, My dad and all of my extended family... the ones in europe as well.

I LOVE that picture of you and Eden -- so precious! As for your challenge, I would say I love (that's such a strong word) my eyes. They are unique. They're me.

I'm gonna have to agree with my eyes. You are amazing. I went to a fireside that talked about the scripture in Isaiah and how it talks about how the daughters of Zion stank and were bald such, well the speaker interpreted it such that when we are resurrected and we don't have all the jewelry and make-up and tattoos and hair things some of us will feel like we stink (no perfume) or are bald... but really we are beautiful. I'm not saying that accessories are bad, I'm saying that having a healthy love for ourselves and our body is so important! yaay for mirrors! The Lord loves his Daughters! :)
