I am a firm believer that eggs are a magical way to start your day. I have never thought of fiesta style eggs before! I normally scramble mine with a little feta and it is heaven! PS-cutest kids EVER! I love Lily feeding Eden her breakfast!
i wish i lived closer, i would for sure be inviting myself over for breakfast!! that happens to be one of my favorite egg combos. next time add a corn tortilla, sprig of cilantro and some queso fresco and make it a lil breakfast burrito. you. will. die.
