awarded

So. My friend Tracy  awarded me with a "stylish blog award", she's so sweet. And the epitome of crafty in my book. For reals check her out.
What does this mean? Welp, here ya go:
I tell seven random things about myself:

  1. I am kinda of guy-ish in the aspect of not picking up on hints. Like if someone tells me "Don't worry about it" or "I'm fine." I believe them and move on...where a lot of times, most girls mean the opposite.  I think this may have caused problems?...But I wouldn't know because I don't really catch on to hints/poor communication. If you have ish with me, gotta lay it all out, or I have NO CLUE.
  2. I love living where I live because I can go into a store and be the only white person there, I like the diversity.
  3. I can not take a normal picture. Apparently I must make weird faces. In every picture.
  4. Hummus+carrots= my favorite snack
  5. I am an imperfectionist (in most aspects of my life), I don't care that I don't sew straight, or color outside the lines.
  6. I will never, ever get a tattoo, but I think girls with sleeves are so rad.
  7. While at concerts, when the mosh got a little too rough for me, Chad would just toss me up and I would crowd surf away. I want to do that again before I get too holly-housewife on ya'll;).
THEN I tell you about six blogs that I think are stylish/awesome:
  • The Smith Circles. Diana is the sweetest, a blond bombshell and actually we just found out we are cousin-in-laws?? Randomly awesome. Also, she makes the sweetest prints ever, fresh, clean and fun. Check out here esty site HERE.
  • The Polished Pickle. I consider Megan one of my dearest friends. She write beautifully and inspiring, and has three sons that I am totally ok betrothing my girls to.
  • Knickers or Trousers. All you have to see is her blog header and be sold. They are in the process of adopting and THIS post made me all teary-eyed. Birth stories/adoption stories make me emotional %110 of the time.
  • Bright Wishes. This beautiful woman is a teen mom. Brooke writes honestly, and I love her outlook. Plus she has great style.
  • See Jane Blog. Um, this woman is beautiful. Her kids are way talented and she plans amaz-za-zing parties. Few things make me want to live in UT, her parties are one of those things.
  • Shuana Amondson. She is so cute and tiny I want to put her in my pocket. She has great style, perfect hair, super sweet, and goes to my alma matter (BYU-I).
There you go my amigos. You now know more weird things about me,
and six other awesome people that you must visit.

If I mentioned you, consider yourself "awarded" and do what I did...but no pressure k?

you did not just use the term "Holly-Housewife." No big deal though. Don't worry about it. I'm fine. ;)

YAY! This is so cute! I think tattoo sleeves are awesome too, I wouldn't ever get a tattoo, but it would be really fun to have that! Yay for being cousins in laws haha

Hey Rachel! Never ever...in Dutch "nooit ooit" I picked up a few words and phrases while I was there! I think I'll have to live there 10 years in order to learn the language because the people are so friendly and are happy to use their english, that almost all of them know...Ik moet slapen...I must sleep! Love
