magic pancakes-revised!

...or as you may know them: German pancakes.
They are a sentimental treat for me. They are one of my dad's signature dishes.
So dang easy to make, and mighty tastey as well:
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
6 eggs
(I add a dash of cinnamon, and some vanilla)
1/4 cup butter

In your 9x13, plop your butter in there.
Put that in the oven while it's heating to 425* F until the butter is all melted, then take it out.
In a mediumish bowl, mix all the other ingredients together, then pour it in the 9x13 that has the melted butter in.
Pop it back into the oven and bake for about 20 minutes and/or it's grown all crazy and the tops of the craziness are kind of brown.

Eat it with some lemon juice and powdered sugar, if you are feeling really German.
(thats my favorite way at least)

I really want to make this but can't understand what goes where and when, I think it's right infront of my face but I'm just not getting it. What do you mix together and do you add the butter before pouring it into the pan or after?? Sorry, it's totally me, I'm just not putting it all together!
