I think we shall title this meal: "pile on dinner"
Cause you just pile on your plate whatever looks tasty.
- chicken sausage
- strawberries
- apples
- sauteed onion, pepper, mushroom
- boiled eggs
- tomatoes
- avocado
- honey chicken
- sugar snap peas
This way everyone is happy.
It's healthy. Its easy, and requires little heat to do.

We do the same. Tonight was quinoa, celery, tomato, cucumber, shredded chicken, feta, cranberries and apricots!
We call that a snack dinner around here, it is a favorite.
