a peek into our Sundays...

Every Sunday is our 'family day'. No homework, no mindless TV, just time as a family. The mornings consist of us sleeping in, then me making breakfast (today was breakfast burritos with mango salsa) while Chad gets the baking stuff prepped (we bake every Sunday). During breakfast time we put in a movie. Today was Stranger Than Fiction, one of my all-time FAVORITE movies! I love the quotes: "You miscreant!" and "iz okay Harold, iz Wednesday" and "only because you stammered". For those of you have not seen it, do, its awesome. So now we are just watching this wonderful movie and waiting for the bread to rise. Today chad stuck with this staple, his herb braid loaf....divine! We don't have church until 1:30, at first I thought that it was a horrible time, but now I love it, we get some really fun time together! So there is a day in the life of Chad and Rachel on a Sunday.

haha, wait for that to CHANGE dramatically! :) just enjoy it while you can.
i love having a baby, but things are VERY different now... i think if you're prepared for it, its easier to take.
and stranger than fiction is one of my all time favorite movies. :)

What happens on a Monday? I miss you guys...is that pathetic or what? You're like a drug.

It's okay, we still love our Sunday mornings! In fact, Max makes them that much better. =) I thought we would hate church at one too, but we love it! Ditto.

hey, do you make your own mango salsa or can you find it somewhere. Heather told me you always get the shrimp tacos with mango salsa at Bajio and I tried them and LOVED them. If you have a good recipe for the salsa I would love it:)
