Hasn't rained in weeks

and today we woke up to a down pour. It must be Halloween!
I remember wearing jackets over our costumes trick-or-treating
and our jack-o-lanterns' candles never able to stay lit.
Oh the joys of life in the NW right?:)
NOT complaining...its probably snowing in Rexburg.
More to come later of our costumes. I think you will enjoy my love's costumes best.

it's actually nice out here in The Burg. We have been having great weather, 60's and 70's during the day. It's a bit cloudy today, but no snow yet, Crossing fingers!!

Rachel! We did just that. We packed suitcases (very discreetly) and were faking that they were taking me to the airport for Boston. Then while we were waiting for the plane, we told them we were ALL going to Disneyworld, and they were in such SHOCK that they actually did not cheer. It was not at all the reaction I was expecting. They didn't quite get it, and it wasn't until they were on the plane that they started to get excited.
Then one year we surprised them with Disneyland, and they actually were worried about missing classes and didn't want to go (the teens). Silly kids! Such is parenting, you never know what you are going to get!
