Today is indeed the second week of Wednesday's cookie.
coconut-dark chocolate-&-vanilla chip-oat meal cookies
1 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
Mix these up nice and then add:
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups flour
3 cups oats ( I used old fashion)
1 cup vanilla chips
1 1/2 cups DARK chocolate chips
1 cup shaved coconut
bake at 350 for aboooouuuttt 10 minutes, might be different in your oven.
basically they taste like everything virtuous, lovely and of good report exploded in your mouth.
