Beach, great friends, campfire, happy kids, and sunshine.
I was talking to Megan, as we watched our sandy kids play, that this is a day to store in our memory, to close our eyes and remember when life isn't such a beach.
"Mommy! Mommy! Awpwain!"
"I fly!"
We went home completely covered in sand,
smelling of campfire,
and with sun-kissed cheeks.
Life is good.
