almond smoothie

I tend to be a creature of habit when it comes to breakfast.
Eggs, or almond smoothie.
Today is an almond smoothie type of day.
how you make it:

1-2 frozen bananas
big spoonful of almond butter
1/2 tsp almond extract (or coconut extract is waaaay good)
about 1 cup almond milk, just get to the right consistency that you like
spoonful of flax seed too!

Blend all that goodness up, and enjoy.

Do it with chia seeds! So much better than the flax :)
