How lovely are your branches...well, sorta...So this year, instead of the usual Charley Brown tree that we get, we got the cutest little palm tree there is! And the answer is yes, it is growing out of a coco-nut thingy. We figured that we will have this little tree for a lot longer, it will lift our spirits in the long Arctic winters or Rexburg and plus it was almost calling our name at the plant sale that the horticulture students put on:)
PS- that IS a tin foil star created by yours truly. We plan on making a pop-corn/cranberry string for it too to spice it up, don't think it could handle lights...well at least for not a few more years:)

Our tree is not a palm tree but we decorated it with popcorn-fruitloop garlands, assorted pipecleaner figures, and noodle angels. I didn't even think about making a tinfoil star but now I'm going to after seeing how cute yours is! Anyway, I love the tree! And your tummy pictures were cute, unlike some I've seen ;) Love ya

oh my gosh!! that's freezing cold!! i do wish that it was a little cooler hear.... it's almost to the point where we've got to turn on the air conditioning again. ug!!
