I neeeeeded a date with Chad tonight.
Not just wanted, needed.
Lucky for us we have amazing friends who took our chillins for a couple hours last minute. And Chad and I got some amazing Thai for dinner surrounded by loud corporate hoo-haws (comical to watch) then went and got some lame ice cream (you in Charlotte? Don't go to Mr. K's).
All in all, very lovely, and just what I needed.

We had that night tonight as well, Rach and it was much needed. We went to a local pizza joint. I got a fig/goat cheese/arugula pizza. Somehow i'm thinking you would love that. :)
What a nice evening! I know what you mean about NEEDING a date night, you just need that alone time to reconnect! I bet even more with 2 kiddies!
