My kids simultaneously have become disgusted by vegetables.
They will not win.
Here's how we do spaghetti:
- chop of up whatever is in the fridge (I used: brocoli, peas, carrots, zuccini, tomatoes, onion)
- saute them until soft
- add your regular speghetti sauce and blend if you dont want any chunks
- pour into your sauce bottle
And they ate it like no tomorrow.
