My kids simultaneously have become disgusted by vegetables.
They will not win.
Here's how we do spaghetti:
- chop of up whatever is in the fridge (I used: brocoli, peas, carrots, zuccini, tomatoes, onion)
- saute them until soft
- add your regular speghetti sauce and blend if you dont want any chunks
- pour into your sauce bottle
And they ate it like no tomorrow.
I win.

Good idea, although I have to admit I'm lucky I don't have to be sneaky, my kid loves veggies. But I'm sure this will come in handy one day...
Hahaha, nice work. I'm always trying to figure out how and what to add to different dishes. Though, I've never gone to this extent! I'll have to give this a try next time!
I am soo stealing this idea! I've been trying to implement more veggies and less "crap" (read: sugar) in my kids diet.
